This Is Inner-City Mission Work

Phoenix Dream Center is not a retreat center and this is not a polished vacation experience. It is a real mission field in the city, where you can serve people facing homelessness, addiction, exploitation, poverty, trauma, and deep spiritual need.

For more than 25 years, Phoenix Dream Center has welcomed churches, teams, interns, and missionaries into hands-on inner-city work.

You may serve through outreach to youth, helping people experiencing homelessness, supporting recovery environments, or assisting ministry efforts connected to human trafficking intervention and restoration.

You do not have to have everything figured out before you come. You just need a willing heart, a servant posture, and the desire to follow God into meaningful work.

Simple Campus Housing for Mission-Oriented Living

Housing is intentionally simple and practical. Missionaries live on the Phoenix Dream Center campus in modest 500 sq. ft. apartment spaces with one roommate. This is not luxury housing, it is a mission-minded place to live while you serve.
