Below is an informal survey we send to candidates who will be working with some of our residents. The questions are intended to give us a sense of your perspective toward some of the more diverse aspects of client services we see at the Phoenix Dream Center. 

The survey questions are posed as if you were describing to us your “ideal agency” and how it would respond to these situations. 

Answers do not guarantee or forfeit any employment opportunities. In that sense, there are no wrong answers because you are simply telling us what your “ideal agency” response would be to certain situations that we see frequently in our Human Trafficking Recovery Program. 

Note – No other employees, supervisors, or directors will ever see the answers to your questions and your answers are not available for recall later. But they will be used by our automated system to send your application to the correct department for hiring purposes.
