The Phoenix Dream Center has been serving youth from all over the U.S. since 2006.
Leadership School
The Leadership School at the Phoenix Dream Center helps young adults discover their potential and purpose while building a solid foundation of Godly character and servant leadership.
This is a 9 month residential school where you can be enrolled in a college of your choice or one of our partner colleges like Dream City College through Southeastern University.
The Leadership School is for individuals who are between the ages of 18 and 26 years old who are passionate about investing in hands-on ministry preparation.
Through our hands-on ministry training, discipleship and spiritual transformation, your natural leadership abilities will be strengthened. We believe that by the time you have finished your season here, you will be ready to excel in whatever capacity or role God is calling you to…whether that be college, full-time ministry or the corporate workplace.
Leadership School Offers
- Hands on training with Pastor Tommy Barnett the Founder of the Dream Center movement and Chancellor of Southeastern University
- Real time, hands on ministry training with the Phoenix Dream Center, one of the largest domestic outreach ministries in the nation
- Opportunity to get college credit and/or a college degree while receiving practical ministry experience
- Specialized School Tracks including Leadership, Administration, Program Development, Outreach, and the Arts
- Specialized ministry training focus that serves inner city at-risk youth, low income and homeless families, human trafficking survivors, foster care children and youth, and youth struggling with addiction
Pastor Tommy Barnett is the founder of the Global Dream Center Network.
Leadership School Minimum Requirements
- Passionate about Christian ministry preparation
- Able to fulfill a minimum 9-month commitment
- Can pay $300 per month for all living arrangements including food and housing
- Can pay the college tuition of your choice or of one of our partners (up to 50% discounts)
- Can pass background checks for housing and school and you are 18 to 26 years old

Sneak peek trips are an amazing opportunity to check out the Leadership School before you make a commitment.
Trips are scheduled from Thursday to Sunday during which time you’ll get the perfect taste of the Leadership School.
You’ll stay right on the Phoenix Dream Center campus and get plugged in to the Outreaches and Classes as they are happening.
